Agencies leave SuiteDash over setup time, not price. Here are seven alternatives sorted by the job you need: client portal, agency CRM, or branded client websites.
SuiteDash does a lot for a low, flat price: CRM, a white-label client portal, invoicing, proposals, projects, files and courses, with unlimited staff and clients. Agencies rarely leave because of the price. They leave because of the setup. Reviewers keep describing nested settings, a dated interface and many hours of configuration before it runs smoothly. This guide sorts the alternatives by the job you actually need done: a branded client portal, an all-in-one agency CRM, or client websites plus a CRM under your own brand. For each one you will see who it suits, what it costs at the time of writing (October 2026) and what it does not do.

On paper, SuiteDash is good value. At the time of writing it costs $19 a month on Start, $49 on Thrive and $99 on Pinnacle (or $180, $480 and $960 a year), and every plan includes unlimited staff and unlimited clients. Very few tools on this page can say that. You get a white-label portal on your own domain, a branded mobile app, CRM, invoicing and subscriptions, proposals with e-signatures, projects with time tracking, file sharing, scheduling and email marketing. The full automation toolkit, support tickets and the course builder are only on Pinnacle.
The complaints are consistent, and they are about time rather than money:
If your SuiteDash is already set up and clients use it happily, the honest advice is to stay. The flat pricing is hard to beat and the setup pain is behind you. This page is for agencies that are still stuck in setup, or whose needs have moved on.
SuiteDash tries to do everything. Most alternatives do one or two things well. Before you compare feature lists, answer these questions:
Your answers will put you in one of the three groups below.
Prices are US list prices at the time of writing (October 2026). Check each vendor's page before you buy, because promotions and plan names change.
| Tool | Best for | Starts at | What it does not do |
|---|---|---|---|
| SuiteDash (for reference) | Everything in one place at a flat price | $19/month, unlimited users | No website builder; long setup |
| Assembly | A polished branded client portal | Free plan; Starter $29/month billed annually | No public websites; your own domain needs Professional |
| ManyRequests | Productised, request-based agencies | Core $39/month billed annually | No websites or marketing tools |
| GoHighLevel | Marketing agencies selling funnels, SMS and automation | Starter $97/month | Not easier to learn; branded portal app is an add-on |
| HubSpot | Running your own agency's sales and marketing | Starter $20 per seat/month list price | Not white-label; portal needs Service Hub Professional |
| Agiled | The closest like-for-like swap | Starter $24/month billed annually | No website builder; charges per user |
| Vendasta | Reselling a catalogue of products | $99/month minimum spend | Entry plan is co-branded only |
| WebNewBiz | Client websites plus an AI CRM under your brand | Agency pricing on request | No project-management depth |

Assembly is the closest thing to SuiteDash's portal, but tidier. Each client gets their own branded view where they message you, share files, sign contracts and pay invoices. It comes with more than 30 ready-made apps for intake, onboarding, proposals and project tracking, plus an AI builder for custom ones. The free plan covers one internal user and five clients. Starter is $29 a month billed annually ($49 monthly) for one internal user and 50 active clients. Using your own domain and removing the Assembly badge both need Professional, which allows three internal users and 500 clients. Payment processing fees apply when clients pay through Assembly.
Who it suits: service agencies with a modest number of high-value clients who want the portal to look professional from day one. What it does not do: public websites (Assembly itself says these are better built elsewhere) or marketing to win new clients. Plans are capped by client numbers, so the price rises as your client list grows. That is the opposite of SuiteDash.
ManyRequests is built for productised agencies: design, video, content or development subscriptions where clients send in requests rather than large projects. Clients pick a service from your catalogue, pay through your own Stripe account, then send requests through forms or by email. Your team gets tasks, time tracking, file proofing (clients annotate images, PDFs and videos) and profit reports by client and service. Core is $39 a month billed annually ($59 monthly) and Pro is $79 billed annually ($99 monthly). Extra team seats cost more. Custom domains are on both plans, but removing the Powered by badge needs Pro.
Who it suits: unlimited-design style agencies and any team selling retainers in hours or credits. What it does not do: build websites, run campaigns or chase new leads. It manages the work you have already sold. For a wider comparison, see our guide to the best white-label client portals for agencies.
GoHighLevel is the usual choice for marketing agencies that sell lead generation. It combines websites and funnels, CRM, email, SMS, calendars and automation, and each client gets its own sub-account. Starter is $97 a month (three sub-accounts) and Unlimited is $297. Agency Pro is $497 and adds SaaS mode, so you can resell the software and mark up phone and email usage. There is a 14-day trial.
What it does not do: make life simpler. It is a large platform with its own learning curve, so do not move to it only to escape SuiteDash's setup. Phone and email usage is billed on top, and the branded client portal app is an add-on at $49 a month per sub-account. We compare the two directly in SuiteDash vs GoHighLevel for agencies.
HubSpot is the polished, well-documented choice for running your own agency's sales pipeline. The Starter Customer Platform lists at $20 per seat a month. At the time of writing, new customers get a limited-time rate of $7 per seat billed annually ($10 monthly), so budget for the full price later. It has a very large library of integrations and free training.
What it does not do: white-label. You cannot put your brand on HubSpot and resell it to clients. Its customer portal (tickets and a knowledge base) needs Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, which cost far more. It is a CRM for your agency, not a platform for your clients. If you are weighing it against GoHighLevel, read GoHighLevel vs HubSpot for agencies.
Agiled is the nearest like-for-like replacement for SuiteDash. It has a CRM with pipelines, projects with Kanban, list and Gantt views, time tracking, proposals and contracts with e-signing, invoicing with automatic reminders, a client portal, scheduling, workflows and HR tools. Billed annually, Starter is $24 a month (one user, 500 contacts), Pro is $59 (three users), Business is $99 (seven users) and Scale is $199 (15 users). The fully branded portal with your own domain and email sending comes with Business and above. On Starter and Pro, portal branding is a $19 a month add-on. There is a 14-day trial.
What it does not do: websites or funnels. Unlike SuiteDash it also charges per user, so a team of eight needs either Business plus an extra $20 seat, or Scale.
Vendasta is a white-label marketplace. You get a client CRM and portal, Website Pro (WordPress with WooCommerce), WordPress hosting, third-party products such as Duda to resell, and a white-label services team that can do the work for you. There is no subscription fee as such. Instead, you commit to a minimum monthly spend on Vendasta products: $99 on Starter (monthly, no contract), $499 on Professional and $999 on Premium (both on a one-year contract). Unused spend does not roll over.
What it does not do: white-label on the entry plan. Starter is co-branded only, and the white-label client portal starts on Professional. It suits agencies whose strength is selling and account management more than small studios that want to build everything themselves.
WebNewBiz is our own platform, so weigh this section accordingly. It is built for agencies that sell websites and want the CRM in the same place. The AI drafts each client site from a plain-language description of the business, and you then edit it by chatting with the AI Copilot. Depending on the plan you give a client, the site can include an online store, the AI CRM and an AI funnel builder. In the CRM, website enquiries and store buyers land automatically, leads are scored, and invoices chase themselves.
Clients log in to a dashboard with your name, logo and colours on your own domain, such as app.youragency.com. Login pages, invites, emails and invoice PDFs carry your brand. You create client accounts and set each one's limits. You can log in as the client and do the work yourself, or let them self-serve. You sell your own packages at your own prices, and payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal account. There is also a partner API for platforms that want to offer websites inside their own product. More detail is in our guides to the white-label website builder for agencies and the white-label CRM for agencies.
What it does not do: deep project management. WebNewBiz focuses on websites, the AI CRM, funnels and white-label client accounts. If your clients mainly log in to approve deliverables, track project tasks and swap files, Assembly, ManyRequests or Agiled will serve them better. It is also younger and smaller than GoHighLevel, and the AI's first draft still needs your own edits, photos and facts. Agency pricing is not published, so you need to ask for a quote.
What is the best SuiteDash alternative for agencies?
It depends on the job. For a branded client portal, look at Assembly or ManyRequests. For an all-in-one agency CRM, look at GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Agiled, with Agiled the closest like-for-like swap. For client websites plus a CRM under your own brand, look at Vendasta or WebNewBiz.
Which SuiteDash alternative is easiest to set up?
Usually the narrower tools. Assembly and ManyRequests do fewer things, so there is less to configure, and Assembly has a free plan you can test with. GoHighLevel and Vendasta are large platforms with their own learning curves.
Is SuiteDash cheaper than its alternatives?
Often, yes. SuiteDash costs $19 to $99 a month with unlimited staff and clients, while most alternatives charge per seat, per client or per sub-account. Agencies usually leave because of setup time, not price.
Does SuiteDash include a website builder?
Not a full one. It has funnel and landing pages, but agencies that sell client websites need another tool. GoHighLevel, Vendasta and WebNewBiz host client websites as well as a CRM.
Which alternatives put the client portal on my own domain?
Assembly from its Professional plan, ManyRequests on all plans (removing its badge needs Pro), Agiled from Business (lower plans can add portal branding for $19 a month), Vendasta from Professional, and WebNewBiz on the agency's own dashboard domain. HubSpot is not white-label.
If the third group sounds like your agency, the simplest next step is to talk to us about white-label. We will show you the agency dashboard, how client accounts and your own packages work, and what agency pricing looks like for an agency your size.
If you would rather look around first, try the free AI Website Preview: type one sentence about a client's business and it designs a homepage. You can also read how our AI website builder works, or start for $1 and build one site yourself. If a portal tool from this list suits you better, that is a perfectly good answer too.
