A practical comparison of the funnel and landing page tools you can resell under your own brand, with prices checked in October 2026 and the honest catches.
If you build funnels for clients, the real question is not which editor has the prettiest templates. It is what your client sees when they log in, where their leads land, and whose name is on the invoice. Plenty of tools are sold as white label but only go halfway: your logo sits on the dashboard while the login page, the notification emails or the billing still say the vendor. This guide compares the main options, with prices checked at the time of writing (October 2026), and the checks worth doing before you standardise your agency on one.

Vendors use the phrase for anything from a logo upload to a complete resold platform. It helps to break it into layers and ask which ones you are getting.
The first and last layers are common. The middle ones are where tools quietly differ, and layer five is where most of them stop.
Standardising is a one-way decision in practice, because funnels do not move between platforms without being rebuilt by hand. Spend an afternoon on these before you migrate a single client.
Prices below are the published US dollar figures at the time of writing (October 2026) on annual billing unless stated. Two of these vendors publish only in euros, which is noted in the table.
| Tool | How far the branding goes | Who bills the client | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Full white label dashboard, resold as your own software | You, through SaaS Mode | $97 / $297 / $497 a month; SaaS Mode on Agency Pro ($497) |
| Simvoly | Logo, domain and custom CSS on a self-serve platform | You, via your own payment processor | White label from $59 a month, plus a fee per extra project |
| Systeme.io | Your domain, logo, dashboards, login and transactional email | You, clients pay you directly | Plans $0 to $97 a month; white label included with plans |
| Perspective | Branding removal and branded lead notifications via a paid add-on | You, separately | 47 / 147 / 297 a month, shown in euros in Europe |
| Heyflow | Branded Agency Portal on your own domain for client logins | You, separately | Published in euros only; branding sits in paid add-ons |
| Landingi | Client sub-accounts and agency branding from the Scale tier | You, separately | $24 / $119 / from $229 a month |
| Brizy Cloud | White label platform and client management on the top tier | You, invoiced outside the platform | Agency $690 a year; White Label $1,590 a year |
| ClickFunnels | Workspaces per client, but clients log in to ClickFunnels | You, separately | $81 / $164 / $248 a month on annual billing |
| Duda | Mature white label site platform on the White Label tier | You, separately | $19 / $29 / $52 / $149 a month |

GoHighLevel is the reference point for agencies who want to sell software rather than projects. Its pricing page lists Starter at $97 a month with three sub-accounts, Unlimited at $297 with unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro at $497. The funnel and website builder is a core feature on all of them.
Two details matter. SaaS Mode, which lets you create client accounts automatically and charge your own prices with a markup, sits on Agency Pro at $497 a month. And a white label mobile app is a separate add-on priced at $497 a month. Phone, SMS, email and AI usage is billed on top of the platform fee.
It is the strongest choice if you genuinely want to run a software business with CRM, SMS and voice at volume, and if you have the clients to carry a $497 base fee. It is the wrong choice if you have four clients and mainly need landing pages, and it has a reputation for a steep learning curve that your clients will feel too. If that is where you are, our guide to GoHighLevel alternatives covers the smaller options in more detail.
Both let your clients sign up and build for themselves under your brand, which suits agencies selling a productised service rather than bespoke builds.
Simvoly publishes separate white label tiers at $59, $129 and $429 a month on annual billing ($69, $149 and $497 monthly). Each includes one free project, with extra client projects charged monthly on top, from roughly $5 to $195 per project depending on your tier and the plan you give the client. You add your logo, domain and custom CSS or JavaScript, organise customers into projects, create plans and connect a payment processor so clients subscribe to you. Funnels, websites, ecommerce, CRM, email and appointments are all in the box. Simvoly's own page does not say how far the branding reaches into login screens and emails, so test that yourself.
Systeme.io is the cheapest route in. Its public plans run Free, Startup $17, Webinar $47 and Unlimited $97 a month, and its white label page says white label is included with every plan at no extra cost: your own domain, logo and colours, your branding on dashboards, login pages and transactional emails, your own plans in several currencies, and clients paying you directly with no commission. The catch is written on the same page: your prices cannot be lower than systeme.io's own, and which plans you can resell depends on the plan you are on. The other honest caveat is design. Reviewers consistently say the page editor is functional rather than flexible, with limited layout and font control, so heavily branded client pages are hard work.
These two are a different species: mobile-first, quiz-style funnels built for paid social campaigns, popular with European lead generation agencies. They are strong at what they do, and both sell to agencies rather than to end consumers.
Perspective lists Base at 47, Grow at 147 and Expand at 297 a month on annual billing (shown in euros for European customers), with unlimited workspaces on every tier. White labelling is not in the base plan: it is a separate Whitelabel Suite add-on covering a custom favicon, removal of Perspective branding from funnels and email, custom fonts and branded lead notifications. Budget for the add-on when you compare.
Heyflow publishes in euros and has changed its pricing more than once, so treat any figure you read on a third-party site with caution and get a current quote. Its interesting piece is the Agency Portal: a client-facing portal you can brand with your own colours, fonts and logo and host on your own domain, where each client sees only their own flows and leads. Reviewers describe the portal as a light CRM rather than a full one, and branding removal sits in paid add-on bundles rather than the base plan. Both tools are better than a general website builder if your work is high-volume quiz funnels, and both are expensive if funnels are a side dish to web design.
Landingi is a landing page specialist. Its pricing page lists Build at $24, Optimize at $119, Scale from $229 and Enterprise from $1,199 a month on annual billing, with monthly visitor limits rather than contact limits. Client sub-accounts and agency settings and branding start on Scale. Worth noting: that page does not use the words "white label" at all, and reviewers report that clients still log in through Landingi, so treat it as agency branding rather than a resold platform.
Brizy Cloud is the opposite: it publishes a tier called White Label. The Agency plan is $690 a year with 10 websites and 10 workspaces and does not include white labelling. White Label is $1,590 a year with a white labelled builder, client management and extra sites at $8 a month. Brizy sets the white label up manually and says it takes around 10 to 14 days. Billing and invoicing clients happens outside Brizy on the Agency plan, which is fine if you already send monthly invoices and awkward if you wanted self-serve sign-ups.
Two more that agencies often default to. ClickFunnels gives you brand workspaces (1, 5, 10 or 20 depending on tier, at $81 to $248 a month on annual billing plus a $5,997 a year top tier) but no branded client dashboard: clients log in to ClickFunnels. If that is your situation, see ClickFunnels alternatives. Duda is the mature option, with unlimited client accounts on every plan but client-facing branding reserved for White Label at $149 a month on annual billing, with four sites included. Duda is the safer pick if you want a long-established agency platform and your clients mostly need websites; our Duda alternatives for agencies page is the fairer comparison there.
WebNewBiz approaches this from the website end. The funnel builder sits inside the AI CRM rather than being a separate product: describe the offer and it drafts a multi-step funnel (landing page, opt-in, thank-you page), or start from one of 26 templates, then edit each step in a drag-and-drop editor. Opt-ins land in the CRM as contacts, where they can be scored, assigned and chased by workflow automations triggered by a form submission, a date or a birthday. On retail plans the CRM, and therefore the funnel builder, starts on Growth at $79 a month.
On the white label side, clients log in to a panel branded as your agency, on your own dashboard domain such as app.youragency.com, with your name on the login page, invites, emails and invoice PDFs, and your own SMTP if you want to send mail yourself. You create client accounts, put each on a plan with its own limits, suspend accounts, and either do the work for the client or let them do it themselves. You sell at your own prices through your own packages and storefront page, with your own Stripe or PayPal account taking the money. There is a REST Partner API with single sign-on links and webhooks if you want to embed site building inside your own product. Every client site is built the same way as any other: describe the business and the AI website builder drafts the pages, then you edit by chat, with the store, the AI CRM and the marketing automation tools available according to the plan you sell.
The honest weaknesses: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than Duda, GoHighLevel or Webflow's agency programmes, with a much smaller app ecosystem and community. Agency pricing is not published, so you have to ask. The AI first draft still needs your edits, photos and facts. SMS is two-way texting from the phone system number on the Ultimate plan, not a tool for high-volume SMS marketing sequences, so if your funnels depend on bulk texting, GoHighLevel is the better fit. And nothing exports as files to another host: content and domains move, layouts get rebuilt. More detail sits on the white label website builder and white label CRM pages.
White label only pays when the platform fee disappears into your margin. Divide the monthly fee by what you charge per client, then add 20 per cent for the clients who churn.
Two other costs people forget. Setup time: expect a week or two of your own hours on branding, domains, email authentication and a demo account, longer if the vendor configures it manually. And support: once your logo is on the login screen, every confused client emails you first, not the vendor. Price a care plan accordingly, which is what our notes on monthly website care plans and reselling websites to clients are about.
What does a white label funnel builder actually give me?
At minimum, your logo and colours on the client dashboard. A full white label also puts your brand on the login page at your own domain, on notification and invoice emails, and lets you charge your own prices through your own payment account. Many tools marketed as white label only do the first part, so check all four before you commit.
Which option is cheapest to start with?
Systeme.io is the cheapest entry point because its published plans start at $0 and $17 a month and it says white label is included with every plan at no extra cost, though your resale prices cannot go below its own. Simvoly's white label tier starts at $59 a month on annual billing, including one project. GoHighLevel's SaaS Mode needs the $497 Agency Pro plan. Prices as at October 2026.
Will my clients ever see the vendor's name?
On some platforms, yes. Clients may be sent to the vendor's login screen, get automated emails from the vendor's sending domain, or see the vendor's name on receipts. Test it by creating a dummy client account, triggering a password reset and a form notification, and reading every email that arrives.
Who takes the client's payment?
It depends on the tool. GoHighLevel's SaaS Mode, systeme.io's white label, Simvoly's white label plans and WebNewBiz all let the client pay you through your own payment account. With Brizy Cloud's Agency plan you invoice clients yourself outside the platform. Either works, but only the first keeps sign-up and renewal automatic.
How many client accounts do I need before white label pays?
Divide the platform fee by your margin per client. A $497 a month platform resold at $99 needs about six paying clients just to break even, so a freelancer with three clients is usually better off on a normal plan. A $59 to $159 a month platform breaks even at one or two clients.
Do my clients need a funnel builder if they already have a website?
Often what they really need is somewhere for the enquiries to go. A funnel that collects 40 opt-ins is worth nothing if nobody follows up, so the more useful question is whether opt-ins land in a CRM you can see, score and automate from, ideally the same account as the client's website.
The quickest test costs nothing: try the free AI Website Preview, describe a client's business in one sentence and see what homepage comes back. If you want the funnel builder, the CRM and your own branding on the dashboard, talk to us about white-label and we will walk through client accounts, packages and your own Stripe or PayPal setup, and tell you honestly if another tool on this page suits you better. If you would rather poke around first, you can start for $1 for the first month and cancel any time.
