An honest comparison of Vendasta, SuiteDash, Simvoly, Brizy Cloud and WebNewBiz against HighLevel's $497 Agency Pro SaaS Mode.
HighLevel's SaaS Mode lets an agency resell the HighLevel platform under its own brand, set its own prices and rebill usage such as texts and calls at a markup. It works, but it only comes with the $497 a month Agency Pro plan, and setting it up properly takes real time. This guide compares five alternatives (Vendasta, SuiteDash, Simvoly, Brizy Cloud and WebNewBiz) on what matters when you resell software: a branded dashboard, client sub-accounts, your own prices and payments, and partner APIs. It also says plainly where HighLevel is still the better choice.

SaaS Mode turns a HighLevel agency account into a small software business. You create your own plans, clients sign up and pay you through your connected Stripe account, and each client gets a sub-account with the features you chose. On top of the subscription you can rebill usage, such as phone, SMS and email, at a markup you set, so the messages a client sends can earn you a margin.
At the time of writing (October 2026), HighLevel's pricing page lists Starter at $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited at $297 with unlimited sub-accounts and rebilling of phone and email at cost (no markup), and Agency Pro at $497, which adds SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup and advanced API access. A branded mobile app is a separate add-on, listed at $497 a month, or included in an Enterprise deal.
Agencies looking for an alternative usually give one of three reasons:
Use this list when you book demos. It keeps the conversation on what you will actually sell.
Prices are US dollars per month at the time of writing (October 2026). Check each vendor before you buy, because agency plans change often.
| Platform | White-label entry point | What you resell | Your prices and payments | API |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HighLevel SaaS Mode | Agency Pro, $497 | CRM, funnels, sites, SMS, calls, email | Your plans, your Stripe, usage rebilled at a markup | Advanced API on Agency Pro |
| Vendasta | Professional, $499 minimum spend, 1-year contract | Marketplace products plus your own services | Your own products and prices, Stripe-powered payments | Professional and Premium |
| SuiteDash | Pinnacle, $99 (custom domain) | Client portal, CRM, invoicing, projects | Stripe or PayPal, wholesale partner programme | Zapier and webhooks |
| Simvoly | WL Basic, $69 ($59 yearly) | Websites, funnels, store, CRM | Your own plans through your payment processor | White-label API |
| Brizy Cloud | White Label, $159 | Websites | Confirm with Brizy (billing API on Enterprise) | Yes, set up by Brizy's team |
| WebNewBiz | Not published, talk to us | AI-built websites, store, AI CRM, funnels | Your packages, your storefront, your Stripe or PayPal | Partner REST API with SSO and webhooks |

Before you move anyone, be clear about what you would give up.
If that describes your agency, the better move may be to stay and price your plans so your first few clients cover the $497. If you are leaving for other reasons, our GoHighLevel alternatives guide covers the wider market.
Vendasta is built for agencies and media companies that sell digital services to local businesses. Its pricing works differently: the subscription is $0 and you commit to a monthly minimum spend instead. At the time of writing, Starter has a $99 minimum with no contract, but it is co-branded with Vendasta rather than white-label. The white-label client portal starts on Professional, with a $499 monthly minimum, a one-year contract and 5 seats. Premium is a $999 minimum with 10 seats and a multi-location portal. API access comes with Professional and Premium.
The main attraction is the marketplace. You can resell third-party products at wholesale prices, add your own products and services, and take client payments through Stripe-powered billing at 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. Third-party marketplace purchases do not count towards the minimum spend.
We look at other options in Vendasta alternatives for agencies.
SuiteDash is a client portal and business operations tool. Start covers the CRM, portal, invoicing, projects and scheduling. Thrive adds automation, proposals and email marketing. Pinnacle adds the white-label custom domain, courses and a help desk. Plans are $19, $49 and $99 a month with unlimited users. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, and it connects to other tools through Zapier and webhooks. SuiteDash also runs a partner programme for reselling accounts under your brand at wholesale prices per client account.

Simvoly is the closest like-for-like option if you want a full platform that clients use themselves under your brand. The white-label plans let you add your logo, domain and custom CSS, create your own plans, connect your payment processor and bill customers. Clients can register, pick a template and subscribe without your help. The product covers drag-and-drop websites, funnels with A/B testing and upsells, an online store, a CRM, appointments, and marketing by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
At the time of writing, WL Basic is $69 a month ($59 billed yearly) for one project with 2 websites and 10 funnels. WL Advanced is $149 ($129 yearly) with 5 websites and unlimited funnels, and WL Ultimate is $497 ($429 yearly) with unlimited websites and funnels. Extra projects cost from $5 to $8 a month depending on the plan.
Brizy is a visual website builder with a cloud version you can rebrand. Brizy describes its white label as covering the dashboard, the builder and site previews on your own domains, with your logo, and system emails such as sign-ups and password resets sent from your address. Branding and API set-up are handled manually by Brizy's team. At the time of writing, the White Label plan is $159 a month ($1,590 a year), with extra sites charged monthly on top.
Brizy's own material is not consistent about which tier includes Stripe billing, and its FAQ ties a billing API for connecting your own invoicing to the Enterprise offer. If billing clients through the platform matters to you, confirm the tier in writing before you commit.
WebNewBiz drafts a website from a plain description of the business, has an online store and an AI CRM in the same platform, and offers a white-label programme for agencies. This is what agencies get.
The honest limits: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than HighLevel, and its app ecosystem and community are much smaller than the big website builders. Agency pricing is not published, so you will need to talk to us for numbers. The AI first draft still needs real photos and facts from each client. Texting is two-way SMS from a business number on the top plan and is not built for high-volume SMS marketing, so it does not replace HighLevel if SMS margin is your model.
The white-label website builder and white-label CRM pages go into more detail.
Start from how you make money, not from the feature lists.
Whichever you pick, run one real client through it before you commit. A demo account never shows you the support questions a real client will ask.
Which HighLevel plan includes SaaS Mode?
Agency Pro, at $497 a month at the time of writing (October 2026). The $297 Unlimited plan can rebill phone and email at cost, but not with a markup.
What is the cheapest way to resell software under my own brand?
Of the tools compared here, Simvoly's WL Basic ($69 a month) and SuiteDash Pinnacle ($99 a month) have the lowest published white-label prices. They resell different things: Simvoly is a website and funnel builder, SuiteDash is a client portal.
Can I collect client payments in my own Stripe account?
Yes with HighLevel SaaS Mode, Simvoly (your own payment processor), SuiteDash (Stripe or PayPal) and WebNewBiz (Stripe or PayPal). Vendasta uses Stripe-powered payments at 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. With Brizy, confirm which tier includes billing.
Does any alternative match HighLevel's SMS rebilling?
Not that we found. If the margin on texts and calls is a real part of your income, HighLevel is still the stronger choice. WebNewBiz has two-way SMS on its top plan, but it is not built for high-volume SMS marketing.
How much does WebNewBiz charge agencies?
Agency pricing is not published, so contact the team for a quote. Standard plans run from $9 to $199 a month, and the first month is $1.
If you want to resell websites, a store and a CRM under your own brand at your own prices, talk to us about white-label. We will tell you plainly whether WebNewBiz fits your client mix, and if HighLevel suits you better, we will say so.
